He kept me updated the entire process during the construction and shipping of the item. The cover was shipped and arrived in a timely manner with the item beautifully packaged to prevent any damage that could be caused by the postal service. I will definitely be ordering more items in the future! Very satisfied customer who looks forward to doing future business for some placemats and a cover for when the leaf is in the table.
